Self Catering

The houses that we offer for self-catering are geared towards workmen who are looking for clean, non-smoking, economical lodgings. They are not situated at the Ardenwood Bed and Breakfast site, but rather are located throughout Aylesbury on various residential estates. All have parking and are near bus stops (with buses going into town every 10 minutes) and are located approximately 1 mile from the town centre.


The houses are cleaned daily by our housekeeping team and fresh towels and bedding are provided.

The houses sleep between 5-6 people and all rooms have single beds, which can be pushed together for couples.

Each guest has a key to the front door and to their bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to cook in . Some of the houses also have free internet access.


On weekends, the self catering houses are an economical alternative for families wanting basic accommodation (a whole house to themselves), with a view to independent accommodation in Aylesbury.

    2) Accommodation required (Number of beds and number of rooms)

    3) Mobile phone number and a land line

  1. Your estimated time of arrival(check -in is from 1600hrs, however should you require an earlier check-in time, please let us know.)

 

6) A payment card number is required to secure booking from which a £20 deposit (non refundable) will be deducted. (any card except AMEX or Diners Club)

 

7) A valid from date (or issue number) and the expiry date on the card

8) The last 3 digits on the back of the card


The card details are for reservation purposes only and no monies will be taken from the card unless guests fail to show up. In this instance, our policy is that the first night's charge will be deducted from the card.

On arrival the full amount owing must be paid in cash . Alternatively, the full amount can be paid by cheque or by direct bank transfer when booking. Cheques must have cleared before accommodation can be made available.

Please note that our cancellation policy requires that customers notify us by telephone a full 24 hours before the 1600hrs check-in time, otherwise the full price of the first night accommodation is applicable.
